Return and Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best service and product quality. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Inspection Upon Arrival

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. To be eligible for free pick-up, the item must be checked at the time of arrival. If the driver leaves and you decide to return the item later, a fee of 300 AED will apply. Alternatively, you may send the item back to the workshop yourself.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds will only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your item.

  • Refunds are applicable only if the item arrives damaged. You must provide clear evidence of the damage (e.g., photos or videos) to initiate the refund process.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

  • No refund will be issued if the item arrives in good condition.

  • Refunds will not be provided for any reason other than damage during delivery.

  • Items that are not damaged or in bad condition when received are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide clear evidence of the damage (photos or videos) along with your order details.

  • Once your claim is verified, we will either process the refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.

5. Exceptions

  • This policy does not cover damages caused after delivery or as a result of misuse.

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.

6. Damaged Items

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please send it back with the driver at the time of delivery for us to evaluate and resolve the issue.

  • If the driver leaves and you wish to return the item later, a 300 AED fee will apply, or you may send it to the workshop yourself.

7. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

8. Refund Approval

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
